It has been a while! I could go through the list of reasons this blog has fallen on the priority list, but I will spare the boring details of an over-worked teacher. Better late than never, I guess.
Here are a few conversations that I thought were pretty hilarious recently.
T: Ms. Chilz, why don't you got kids?
Me: I haven't found a husband yet.
T: Well, all you have to do is get on facebook. There's lots of guys on there. That way you won't be so lonely.
I: Or you could just get a cat.

J: How old are you Ms. Chilz?
Me: 29
T: Wow! You don't even look like you're in the double digits.

A: Mz. Chilz, when you have kids, and your baby daddy comes over to visit...
Me: Wait, I'm not going to have a baby daddy. I'm going to get married first and then have kids with my husband.
A: WHY???

It's conversations like these that remind me that laughter really is the best medicine (especially in the midst of the daily chaos which is my life).
